What is obstructive sleep apnea?

- Loud snoring
- Daytime sleepiness/weariness
- Recurrent awakening or disturbed sleep
- Frequent urination
- Gaining weight
- Waking up with a choking or gasping sensation
- Memory lapses
- Lack of concentration
What are the risks of sleep apnea?
Obstructive sleep apnea can cause severe health risks, including (but not limited to):
